How to Build a Snowman

This morning it snowed for the first time this season! Of course, it's all gone now. But Megan honored the day by making her own snowman. (okay, I helped a lot!) She had fun gluing the pieces to the circles and hummed the whole time she was busy.

So we put some glue here?

Then we put his parts on

M is for Moxy

Yep, she's got Moxy. An online dictionary defines Moxy as
1.
The ability to face difficulty with spirit and courage. and
2.
energy; pep.
She's got all that and a bag of Puffs!

The T-shirt is by Love Lucas Creations. Lisa makes adorable and unique handmade onesies and tees so that your kids can express their Moxy too!!

Trick or Treat Fun

Happy Halloween!

Megan loved Halloween week. For three days straight she wore her costume for some part of the day. She went to Gymboree, Trick or Treat at the Mall and to a Halloween Party at a local library. Then tonight was the big Trick or Treat. Having practiced at the mall the night before, she was a pro at collecting candy. And very polite too, saying thank you to everyone. After about 1/2 hour, her nose was getting red from the chill in the air and we headed home. But she was very satisifed once we got home.

After she at dinner, she was allowed to go through her stash. Take the candy out, put the candy in, take the candy out, put the candy in. She ate a mini peanut butter cup, drank some milk, grabbed a Kit Kat and yelled "Ippy! Ippy!". Which in Megan-ese means "Open! Open!" We gave her fruit instead. I know, I know, mean parents! But, hey, bedtime was just around the corner and Mommy and Daddy want to relax!!

My 19 Month Old Butterfly

Megan had a Gymboree Halloween party this week. This was the most fun class for her yet! She love Gymbo and when I tell her we are going, she responds with questions, "Babies?", "Ball?", "Wheee?". I tell her, yes, we are going to see all of those things. And my response is the sweetest smile.

This party was a nice little way to celebrate her 19-month birthday. Afterwards, we stopped at my friend's house for an impromptu playdate. By the time we got home, Megan was all worn out.

She loves bubbles on her face.

The Pumpkin Patch - Round 1

We visited the Pumpkin Patch with our playgroup today. There was a nice long hayride out to the patch and lots of fun things to do on the farm.

Stop the presses! I've found the perfect punkey!!

I lovem the punkeys!

Is this where I stand and smile, Mom?

No problem, I'll carry this one!!

Punkey bongos...It's all the rage!

Nay?
